In conducting our business activities both in Japan and overseas, all Izawa Metal Co., Ltd. executives and employees shall establish and adhere to the following code of conduct so as to ensure high ethical standards and sensible and responsible behavior as members of society.

  • 1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    In all corporate activities, we will comply with relevant laws, standards and rules, including internal company regulations.

  • 2. Respect for Human Rights

    We respect human rights, both within and outside the company, and work to eliminate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, social status, gender, age, etc.

  • 3. Environmental Initiatives

    We are deeply aware of the importance of environmental protection, and through our business activities, we will strive to reduce our environmental impact and build a sustainable society, while giving due consideration to the preservation of biodiversity.

  • 4. Management and Protection of Assets and Information

    We will ensure appropriate management and protection of tangible assets, intangible assets, including intellectual property, as well as various types of information, including confidential information and personal information, that are related to our business activities.

  • 5. Coexistence and Co-prosperity with Business Partners

    We will conduct transparent transactions in accordance with free and fair rules, and through the purchase and provision of beneficial products and services, we will build relationships of trust with our business partners for our mutual advancement.
    In addition, we will eliminate unfair transactions, including the use of illegally obtained information and the abuse of superior bargaining positions.

  • 6. Maintaining Employee Working Environments

    We will create safe and comfortable working environments, respect the personalities and individuality of our employees, and realize working spaces in which all employees can fully harness their unique abilities.

  • 7. Coexistence with Local Communities

    We will work to understand and respect the local history, culture, and customs of the communities around us and actively engage in activities that contribute to the social good as we strive to coexist with local communities.

  • 8. Prohibition of Improper Conduct

    In our relationships with business partners and other stakeholders, we will not accept or provide gifts of goods, money, or other items that deviate from socially accepted norms, nor will we accept or provide excessive entertainment or engage in any act of bribery.
    In addition, we will not engage in any improper conduct that would impair the due interests of the company or its business partners, etc., for the benefit of ourselves or a third party.

  • 9. Dealing with Antisocial Forces

    We will not provide benefits to or have any relationship with antisocial forces or other groups that threaten social order or the sound activities of our company and its partners.
